Meet The Team

Manoj Dudhe

Manoj Dudhe founded SouthWest 30 in 2017 with an intent to bring professionalism in Real Estate broking which was primarily managed by unprofessional Individuals. He brings his proven track record for exceptional business practices and client service to luxury real estate, helping clients seamlessly navigate the housing market with remarkable expertise.

Manoj holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from The University of Bradford. He began his career with Hospitality Industry and spent a decade working with IHC and Marriott Hotel in the UK. Having acquired the people management skills Manoj moved to Mumbai in 2009 and worked in Sr. Sales roles selling Luxury Real Estate with HCC, Shapoorji and Pallonji, Hubtown and The Wadhwa Group.

Other than his passion for Real Estate Manoj is a fitness enthusiast and has participated in Mumbai Marathons. He is also a farmer by heart so spends his free time traveling on the outskirts of Mumbai and farm stays.

Aastha Sarnaik

Aastha Sarnaik , has seven years of experience in selling Luxury Real Estate in South Mumbai. She is a MahaRERA Certified Advisor. Aastha is a Bachelors in Science from Mumbai University. Talking about her surprising Career Move, it was a build-up from a part time job to a full-time career in selling Luxury Real Estate.

Embodying both professional diligence and charismatic engagement, Aastha truly represents the core values of SouthWest 30. Her dedication ensures clients not only find a property, but a genuine place to call it their home.

Other than her passion for real estate, Aastha loves dancing, music & exploring new places.

Russel Fernandes

Russel Fernandes is your go-to real estate advisor at SouthWest 30. With 4 years of real estate experience, Russel is also a MahaRERA certified advisor. He has an expertise in advising clients and helping them find the best property that suits their requirement. Key skills that make Russel a successful Real Estate advisor are his patience and listening skills.

Russel is currently pursuing a bachelors from Mumbai University. He is a true Goan with a great sense of humour. In his free time, he loves spending time in nature and exploring places around Mumbai.
